The allegations in opposition to Armstrong had been at first introduced inside a whistleblower grievance submitted in June 2010 by Floyd Landis, a previous teammate of Armstrong, who admitted that he, too, had participated in PED use as member on the USPS-sponsored workforce. Landis filed his complaint beneath the qui tam provisions of the Fake Pro
